Dear Facility Owner,

On behalf of everyone at SDI, TDI and ERDI, we thank you for your loyal support in 2015. It has been an incredible year where we saw our growth, not only overseas or in North America, but in our own home – so much that we had to move to a bigger building. However, there are some things that success cannot replace here at our home and that’s familiarity, personal customer service and the desire to become even better – every day. Your business drives us to accomplish these goals. We pledge the following services for the upcoming year in which we hope to see your business grow along with ours.

  • Top marketing tips and business solutions to help you climb to the top of local internet search results. We want your customers to find you before they find your competitors. We have the tools needed to assist you in online visibility so your customers can find you 24/7. Let us help you market your business.
  • Top customer service. Prompt, professional, pleasant service is what you can expect from us. We even have a chat feature on our site that allows you, your instructors or dive professionals, and even your customers, to come to us for assistance. No question is too small or too simple for our team players on the other side of the chat.
  • Making money. Our competitive prices are backed by great products. You want value, and we offer it. In-store certification card printer, kits that make sense, our eLearning programs and our services that are just part of our day-to-day job; this all adds up to taking care of you the best we can.
  • Expose you on social media, wait… this is a good thing. Have great content to share? Photos? Articles? We will share it, put it online, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, you name it. People out there are constantly online, looking for information so they can make a decision of where to go and we want to help promote you online to over 350,000 of our social media followers.
  • Cutting edge technology. We are a company of “firsts” in the industry; eLearning, Solo Diver, fastest growing Public Safety agency, and the use of dive computers and we have over 25 eLearning programs that can make you money 24/7! As the first agency to adopt eLearning back in 2000, we have developed and combined learning techniques that allow you to produce high-quality divers without losing the personal touch your customers deserve.

Working together in 2016 will be crucial for the success of your business and ours. Whether you have been with us over the last 20 years or the last 20 months – we look forward to working with you and your facility in our partnership of educating more divers while growing the sport and business that we all love, because… we are real people, real divers and we want to offer you real customer service.

Thank you for the opportunity to work with you, and your continued support.
