How to Renew for 2016

Important!! Facilities must also renew their membership.
Please note: Pro Members that are outside the Americas, please contact your Regional Office to renew your membership.

  1. Open your browser and go to www.tdisdi.com.
  2. Login to your members’ section.
  3. Select the “TOOLS” tab.
  4. Select “RENEW MEMBERSHIP” under the Member Tools list.
  5. Follow each step:
    1. Read and accept the membership agreement.
    2. Verify renewal information.
    3. Select renewal special (optional).
    4. Verify billing information.

Paper Renewal Option: If you would like to request a paper application, please call us at 888.778.9073 or email WorldHQ@tdisdi.com.

    I can’t update the status. Shows me the following text: Sorry, this is not currently available in your region. Please contact your regional manager for more information.Addressed to regional Manager and transferred the money to upgrade. But they also can’t update my status. I IT Staff # 17037. What do I do?

    I am trying to renew from web site second week ( https://www.tdisdi.com/profile/?action=tools&subAction=renew-member )

    There is a tick i agree(I agree to the above terms and conditions.) and it idoes not work. I can not choose it. I tried Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and mobile phone Safari, also from different PC and Mac.

    Could you kindly try it from your side with my account acess (login ITI15241 pas 647291vrx) and pass it through IT department, please.
