About Richard

Richard Devanney is an OC and CCR instructor currently based in Bali, Indonesia. He runs,which outlines the courses he teaches, and also acts as a resource for technical divers. He recently spent 3 months leading OC and CC decompression divers in Truk Lagoon, and prior to that he managed dive centres in Iceland, and a tech centre in Thailand. He is particularly interested in CCR, wrecks, developments in our understanding of decompression theory, methods for effective teaching, and human factors in diving.
