The elearning says I “cannot enroll myself”.

For a “cannot enroll yourself” error, this seems to happen with codes assigned to the student where the assignment isn’t fully completed on the back end of the system. We can unassign the code from the student profile, and when they redeem the code again, it lets them progress into the course. Please email training@tdisdi.com with the student name, the student email address, the eLearning course name, and the specific error message being received. We will resolve the issue and notify the student.

The elearning says “elearning already in use”.

For an “elearning already in use” error, our IT team can fix these quickly, usually in a matter of minutes. This error is caused by a miscommunication between the website and the eLearning platform. Please email training@tdisdi.com with the student name, the student email address, the eLearning course name, and the specific error message being received. We will resolve the issue and notify the student.

Session timeout (500) errors.

A good internet connection is needed to access the eLearning, but some of the timeout errors may be caused by misdirects within the system that potentially cause a loop and create timeout errors. We can usually resolve 95% of these by giving the student a direct link to the eLearning, and they can usually progress from there with no further issues. Please email training@tdisdi.com with the student name, the student email address, the eLearning course name, and the specific error message being received. We will resolve the issue and notify the student.
