How Do I Add a New Dive Center Affiliation?

Dive facility, dive center, dive shop; whatever you call it, affiliating with one through your tdisdi.com profile is easier than ever!

I DON’T have a tdisdi.com account:

If you don’t already have a tdisdi.com account it’s easy to sign up and add a facility to your profile immediately.

Start at https://www.tdisdi.com/login/ which you can either paste into your browser or get to from the tdisdi.com home page by clicking the “Login or Register” button near the top right of your screen.

Once there, click “Sign Up Now” to begin the registration process.

Here you will enter your birthday as well as your first and last name. The system will check for any accounts matching this information to see if you already have an account with us. If you do have an account you can start the Password Recovery process from there to gain access to your account, then you can begin further along in this article at the “I have a tdisdi.com account” portion.

If the system didn’t find any other possible account for you it will take you to a longer form where you will enter your address, email, and login information.

Once you’ve filled out the information and hit the “Submit” button you will continue to the next page where there will be the Profile Photo upload process. This photo is important, it is used for printing your dive certification card, but it can be skipped for now. If you don’t wish to upload a photo now be sure to select the “Add Dive Center to Profile” button

If you decide to upload a photo you can do that now. After you’ve saved your photo you will still be able to click the “Add Dive Center to Profile” button.

Once you’ve clicked that button you will be directed to our SDI Dive Center Search page. If you need to add a strictly TDI or ERDI dive center you may select those options from the grey navigation bar directly above the search form.

Each of the agency search forms function the same. First, select the country the dive center is located. If you’ve selected the United States, Canada, or Australia you’ll have the additional option of choosing a State/Province.

Once you’ve selected the location you then hit the Search button and the list of facilities will populate below.

You may either browse the map or manually search through the list to find the dive center you want to affiliate with.

Once located, you then hit the “Add Facility” button and the system will take you to your Tools > Dive Center Affiliations page in the logged-in profile section and your affiliation will be complete!

If you are an instructor who’s looking to teach through this facility, it’s important that you select the facility you’ve just affiliated with from the listings presented and select the “Instructor Acceptance” checkbox, then hit the “Update Affiliation Preferences” button.

I DO have a tdisdi.com account:

If you do have a tdisdi.com account, simply follow the process below.

Start at https://www.tdisdi.com/login/ which you can either paste into your browser or get to from the tdisdi.com home page by clicking the “Login or Register” button near the top right of your screen.

Fill out your Username and Password in the login form on the left side and click the “Login” button.

Once you are in the logged-in profile section you will see a navigation bar near the top of the page which has “News and Events”, “Profile”, “Tools”, and “My eLearning” options.

Select the “Tools” option and once the page loads, on the left side you will see a button for “Dive Center Affiliations”, select this.

Note: If you are on a small mobile tablet or a mobile phone there will be a “More Tools +” link to select to the right of the “Member Tools” title, clicking this will expand the tools menu where you will see the “Dive Center Affiliations” button.

At the bottom of the “Dive Center Affiliations” tool you will see an “Add Additional Dive Center” button, click this.
