On behalf of everyone at SDI, TDI, and ERDI, we would like to say thank you for an excellent 2016. Over the past two decades, our members have helped guide us through the different innovations that have reshaped the scuba industry. With your support, we have led several changes needed to reshape our industry so it can stay current with other competing sports and hobbies.
Over the course of 2017, we set numerous goals and tasks to help support your business. Here are just a few of them:
Digital c-card for your students at NO additional cost. It’s a service and it’s FREE. And why shouldn’t it be? You already paid the registration fee.
Over the last 18 months, we have focused our attention on global branding by increasing our translations in 15 languages while opening two new regional offices in Latin America to better serve our members there.
Easy to use mobile friendly website that allows you to do things with ease. It is intuitive and it makes sense. Our new dashboard allows you to access everything from your device – no more waiting until you get to the office to fire up that desktop, who even does that anymore?
We opened more lines of communication. While it may be hard to get answers with other companies, much less a live person on the phone, we have added a live chat feature to give you one more direct line of communication with us. Don’t worry, we are still answering phones, but we wanted to make sure that you had one more avenue to our industry professionals when you need answers NOW.
Most importantly, we have strived to continue working hard for you to have the best experience and service with your training organization. You deserve to work with an agency that looks after your best interests and treats you like a customer that brings value to the organization. We work for you.
These are just a handful of the exciting projects that we have had the privilege to introduce to you in 2016. While others continue to raise prices or offer you programs with little value, we aim to develop and produce the courses that you can apply to a flexible curriculum that benefits you.
Our pledge to you for the upcoming year is to continue our commitment to excel in customer service while providing you with products and services that are both current and ground-breaking.

How to Renew for 2017
Important!! Facilities must also renew their membership. Please note: Pro Members that are outside the Americas, please contact your Regional Office to renew your membership
Open your internet browser and go to www.tdisdi.com.
Log into your profile and choose the appropriate membership level from the “Select login level” dropdown menu.
Select the “TOOLS” tab.
Select “RENEW MEMBERSHIP” under the Member Tools list.
Follow each step:
Read and accept the Membership Agreement.
Verify renewal and profile information.
Select renewal specials (optional).
Verify billing information and click “SUBMIT RENEWAL”.
