The Position:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Manage our content marketing process from concept through completion
    • Content topics, Authors, Articles, Editing, Proofing, Posting, Engaging, Advertising, Micro content distribution, newsletter distribution, analytics and reporting
  • Manage wordpress blogs for our 3 agencies
  • Manage Google AdWords campaigns and make informed bidding decisions to maximize ROI
  • Weekly newsletter distribution
  • Manage front end eCommerce products on online store
  • Manage social media accounts and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA) and MOZ reporting
  • Design engaging micro content from our library of courses and blog posts to repurpose
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
  • Translates GA data into recommendations and plans for revising web presence
  • Tradeshow management and vendor management

The ideal candidate will have::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

  1. Strong Internet Marketing background
    1. Social media marketing
    2. Content creation and micro-content creation
    3. SEO, PPC, web analytics (webmaster/GA)
    4. WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  2. Strong Design Skills
    1. Photoshop is a must
    2. Adobe Creative Suite
    3. User Interface Design and User Experience
