The Position
Sales Representative for the Caribbean
Sells products and services by maintaining and expanding customer base, managing dive centers, and members from the territory. Assists and facilitates communication with Headquarters.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of regional objectives.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling members and potential members; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Accomplishes regional sales by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling customers from all levels (diver and members) as well as monitoring policies and procedures.
Acts as the intermediary between World HQ and their regional sales representative.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong sales background
- Worked in the industry for 5 or more years
- Experience in the Caribbean
- Be a Dive Professional
