We are currently looking for a dive professional to work in our membership services department in Stuart, Florida. Duties included but not limited to:
Answer telephone, emails, and communicate with our members via other methods we utilize; follow up on all customer service issues and concerns, answer training related questions.
Enter data accurately and efficiently.
Take customer orders with accuracy and assist in the shipping department.
Ensure that projects, tasks, and objectives meet or exceed requirements and timelines.
Recommend company products or services to customers by analyzing and accurately understanding their needs.
Experience with the diving industry as a Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor, or Instructor Trainer.
2-3 years customer service experience.
Outstanding organizational skills and work habits.
Broad knowledge of a variety of computer programs such as MS Office, Sage/Quickbooks, Google apps, etc.
Bilingual a plus.
