Date of Birth Removed from eLearning Assignment Process

We are excited to announce that we have removed the “Date of Birth” requirement from the eLearning code assignment process on the SDI website portal. After reviewing performance data, we found that this small change can lead up to a 20% increase in new customer sign-ups.

The extra step of entering a Date of Birth often caused hesitation and required unnecessary explanations—slowing down your sales funnel. By removing this obstacle upfront and allowing them to enter their more personal data later from the comfort of their own home, we are creating a smoother, faster path for potential divers to join your programs and start their underwater journey.
