Over the last month, we have launched a couple new products:

We have also continued working on the new and improved user profile/dashboard, adding a new digital certification card function. Soon, SDI/TDI/ERDI members will be able to access a digital version of their certification cards directly from our website. Find out more here »

Our web development team has been continuing to update the site in existing languages; Spanish, Portuguese, German, Korean, Chinese Traditional and Simplified, French, Polish, Russian, Thai, Slovak, Malay, and Indonesian. They are also working on internal tools to streamline professional level membership registrations.
We also made it easier for facilities that use In Store Card Printing to order blank certification cards. You can now order them from our online store: If you are outside North America, contact your local regional office about In Store Card Printing and materials.

Our web development team has been continuing to plug away at adding more translations to website and navigation, including: Traditional & Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Slovak is coming soon.
We have also been upgrading servers and working to improve the mobile experience of our users. More details coming soon!

Our web development team has been working hard to implement website translations in Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, French, Korean. Over the past month there’s been some big changes to the logged in section of tdisdi.com. This includes a completely mobile responsive logged in section which means, like the main website, the logged in section will now resize properly to your mobile device’s width. This provides a smoother, more streamlined user experience when members and users are navigating tools and eLearning courses.
Along with this update comes an improved photo uploading process which functions better, as well as works properly on mobile devices. We’ve also added better image re-sizing and image rotation functionality to this process.

The biggest project from the IT Department is the upcoming release of a completely mobile responsive user interface to eLearning courses and member tools. This new streamlined experience will make registering students, managing your divers, managing your facility and taking an eLearning course a much smoother experience on mobile devices.
A recent addition includes adding the ability for a Facility Contact to assign Facility Administrators themselves through the Manage Users tool. With the primary focus being to improve the user experience we’ve been diligent in trying to reproduce and correct any issues that are brought to our attention. This includes implementing better tracking software on the back-end which allows us to better hunt down bugs or errors.
