SDI Scuba Discovery Program
Your first step into the world of diving
Diving is so magical that it’s hard to explain. Like the first time you breathe underwater, when your brain registers it as a unique and unrepeatable moment. Or when you feel the weightlessness: your body feels light, and floating becomes natural, the closest feeling to flying. It all happens as you discover a new world filled with incredible animals, lively reefs, and silent wrecks that tell stories. No, it can never be fully described. You have to live it, guided and calm, so you can simply enjoy the moment.
The experience begins here.
A New World To Discover
Incredible animals, lively reefs and silent wrecks that tell stories. Every dive feels new and different. Your first descent opens the door to a world that can’t be compared to anything you’ve seen until now, a moment that stays with you.
Simply Breathe
Something as simple as breathing takes on new meaning underwater. The first time you breathe through your regulator becomes a moment you won’t forget. You realize sensations say more than words here, calm, clear and different.
Feel The Weightlessness
Without a doubt, diving is the closest thing to flying. Water’s density makes your body move light and free, letting you float with ease. A new environment that surprises you, quiet, simple and unforgettable.

Skills you’ll learn in your Scuba Discovery
Before you enter the water, you’ll learn what matters most to make your dive unforgettable. The experience blends understanding your equipment, short practical exercises, and how we communicate underwater.
Scuba Equipment
You’ll learn what every piece of your scuba equipment does. You’ll see how your buoyancy control device adjusts, how the regulator works, and how to read a pressure gauge, entering the sea with confidence.
Diving Physiology
You’ll understand simple body basics as pressure changes: equalize your ears, never hold your breath, move slowly… Straightforward concepts that are quick to learn and help you enjoy the moment.
Basic Dive Skills
You’ll practice logical, short skills: finning with ease, clearing your diving masks, adjusting posture, and recovering your regulator. Simple drills that give you confidence from the first try.
UW Communication
You’ll learn the essential diver signals we use to communicate with no sound: OK, up, down, stop, and more. These signals are easy, practical, and fun to use from the first dive.
